Sharon Homes Construction specializes in residential new construction (custom homes), additions, interior and exterior renovations. We also work on commercial renovations such as: schools, medical buildings, restaurants etc.
We provide a contracting service to manage, organize and coordinate all aspects of a renovation; from project planning, architectural drawings, application for town and city permits and inspections, material orders, employee and trade scheduling and all construction from start to completion.
Company History
923865 Ont. Ltd. operating as Sharon Homes Construction has been community based in Oakville Ontario since 1990, but President Clarence Frost has an experience history dating back to 1965. Clarence Frost, president/owner has a strong knowledge of residential construction and management. Project experience has varied from: subdivision homes, apartment blocks, medial clinics and warehouses to town home projects, custom homes along with major and minor residential home renovations.
Qualifications and skills
Clarence Frost has a drive for quality leadership and his professional workmanship has been built by years of on-site experience. He has developed his company to include a team of professional workers and trades people that have been with him for years.
The team includes approximately fourteen employees working on various projects. Appropriate sub-trades and services are hired on contract basis for each project. Many of these people have a long relationship with the company. The office is managed by a full time administrative assistant. Clarence oversees each project to ensure quality in materials and workmanship is kept to his standard. Customers often express appreciation for the individual attentiveness and discussions over custom details.
